  1. Approve December 30, 2025 minutes
  2. Appoint all board members & county clerk as tax exempt signers.
  3. Affirm appointments of Michael T. Dux as the LB 840 & Trailblazer RC&D representative; Mark Schoenrock as the Blue Valley Community Action, Blue Rivers Area Agency on Aging and Public Health Solutions representative; Danielle Schwab as the APACE, Region V Systems and SENDD representative.
  4. Declare a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe 1GNSKFEC4GR328950 from the sheriff’s office as surplus to be sold on Big Iron Auctions
  5. Review/sign the Master Professional Services Agreement for 2026 with Speece Lewis, a Bowman Company
  6. Review/sign work order 020 with Speece Lewis, a Bowman Company for 2026 County Services
