Removed items will be placed under New Business for action by the County Board.
- Approve March 10, 2026 minutes
- Approve special designated liquor licenses for Side Trek Bar to serve alcohol at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds for races on 5-16-26; 6-13-26; 6-20-26; 7-9-26; 7-10-26; 7-11-26 and 8-8-26.
- Approve special designated liquor licenses for the Fairbury Chamber of Commerce to serve alcohol on 7-10-26 & 7-11-26 for fair concerts at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

10:00 a.m. – Review/approve Region 5 Systems request for additional match and the Region 5 Systems FY 26-27 County Matching Funds
10:15 a.m. – Review/approve the updated comprehensive plan and zoning regulations. Review/approve Resolution 2026-01 to adopt the comprehensive plan. Review/approve Resolution 2026-02 to adopt the zoning regulations and lift the moratorium on new commercial solar energy conversion system applications.
11:15 a.m. – Closed session – Jerry Pigsley, Woods & Aitken - strategy
