CONSENT AGENDA
NOTE: Items of business that are routine which are expected to be adopted without dissent. Items are automatically approved when the consent agenda is approved unless an item is REMOVED by a Commissioner or any member of the public. Removed items will be placed under New Business for action by the County Board.
- Approve December 16, 2025 minutes
- Reappoint Timothy Farmer, Speece Lewis as highway superintendent 1-1-2026 to 12-31-2026
- Review/approve work order #004 for Speece Lewis for PWF Road redesign
- Designate the Fairbury Journal News and their FJN website as the official newspaper, along with the county website http://jeffersoncounty.nebraska.gov as the official method to provide publications and notices and including posting on the statewide website http://www.nepublicnotices.com for Jefferson County for 2026.
- Appoint all Jefferson County banks as official banks, as well as NPAIT and NFIT – as long as they furnish security, treasurers notes, bill or bonds for any deposit over $250,000.
