CONSENT AGENDA
NOTE: Items of business that are routine which are expected to be adopted without dissent. Items are automatically approved when the consent agenda is approved unless an item is REMOVED by a Commissioner or any member of the public. Removed items will be placed under New Business for action by the County Board.
- Approve July 28, 2026 minutes
- Approve SDLs for Tooleys to serve alcohol at the fairgrounds for races 9-29-26 & 10-17-26 at the 4H Building for a wedding
- Approve use of courthouse grounds by the Fairbury City Museum for the annual car show on 9-13-26.
- Review/approve work order #22 for PWF road project final design with Bowman Consulting.
- Review/approve Resolution 2026-06 NDOT annual certification of program compliance
- Review/sign letter of engagement underwriter agreement and disclosures with DA Davidson
