NOTE: Items of business that are routine which are expected to be adopted without dissent. Items are automatically approved when the consent agenda is approved unless an item is REMOVED by a Commissioner or any member of the public. Removed items will be placed under New Business for action by the County Board.
- Approve September 22, 2026 minutes & special hearing budget minutes
- Approve Resolution 2026-15 authorizing the treasurer to figure the % of general tax to transfer to the highway fund.

10:00 a.m. – Hwy Dept. – review/approve lease of a compact track loader; City of Fairbury – Laura Bedlan & Mayor Davis – discuss bridge project and water line by the fairgrounds
10:30 a.m. – Closed session – strategy with Jerry Pigsley, Woods & Aitken
10:45 a.m. – Closed session – personnel with Travis Arnold, maintenance
11:00 a.m. – Leroy Bast, treasurer – review/approve Resolution 2026-14 delinquent real estate taxes and directing issuance of tax sale certificates
