Notice is hereby given that the Jefferson County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing under regulations Article 5, Section 5.07.03, Regulations Section 9.21 and Comprehensive Plan Chapter 9 for discussion and consideration for the following requests in Jefferson County:
A request for Conditional Use Permit (File 01-26) for the purpose of placing a cell tower in the Transitional AG (TA-3) District:
On land located in the North-Half (N ½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) and the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of section Five (5), Township One (1) North, Range Three (3) East of the 6th P.M., Endicott Precinct, Jefferson County, Nebraska.
Said hearing will be conducted in the District Court room (top floor) Jefferson County Courthouse (enter through the west main floor doors and if assistance is needed with the elevator contact the zoning administrator’s office 24 hours prior to hearing), located at 411- 4th St. Fairbury, Ne. on July 9, 2026, at 8:00 pm.
